Shipping Policy:
Shipping rates and delivery may vary depending on the delivery location. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 3-7 business days to receive your order. We'll contact you if anything goes wrong through the email listed. We've been known to add extra items and to provide the best customer service.
Exchange Policy:
We're sorry things didn't work out for you, but due to the nature of the pandemic and our one of a kind pieces there will be no returns at this time. Here's some good news: you get 15 days to EXCHANGE your items starting from the day you receive your order. We'll take care of you!
Somethings Not Right?
We hate to hear that you've received an item that's not in perfect condition. Most of our items are pre-loved and we do our best to pick only items in the best condition, but sometimes things happen. ERA vintage believes in selling clothing in great condition and free from noticeable flaws, unless otherwise mentioned.
